Contact Us Web Form

We provide a Contact Us web form on our website. This allows visitors to the website to request that we contact them. The personal data that is collected is the visitor’s name, email address and business name. This data is logged and emailed to the appropriate Elygra staff.

If the visitor subsequently becomes a customer of Elygra that data is stored and retained, otherwise it is deleted.

People Who Email Us

We use Transport Layer Security (TLS) to encrypt and protect email traffic. If your email service does not support TLS, you should be aware that any emails we send or receive may not be protected in transit.

We will also monitor any emails sent to us, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software. Please be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send is within the bounds of the law.

Our Customers and Users of our Services

Obviously, we must hold the details of our customers, their businesses and their staff. We need to do this so that we can deliver our services.

Use of Data Processors

Data processors are third parties who provide services to Elygra. We have contracts in place with our data processors. This means that they cannot do anything with your personal information unless we have instructed them to do it. They will not share your personal information with any organisation apart from us. They will hold it securely and retain it for the period we instruct.

Delafaille & Co. Limited

If you are employed by Elygra Limited, relevant details about you will be provided to Delafaille & Co. Limited who provide payroll services to Elygra. This will include your name, bank details, address, date of birth, National Insurance Number and salary.

Powell Commercial Insurance

If you are permitted to drive any of the company fleet vehicles your personal details will be passed to Powell Commercial Limited so that they can insure you.

NEST Pensions

National Employment Savings Trust (NEST) are the providers of the Peoples Pension workplace pension scheme. Employees’ personal details are passed to NEST so that our employees’ pensions can be administered accordingly.

Wider Plan Ltd administer the Child Care Voucher Scheme for Elygra.

How long is the information retained for?

Customer Information

If you stop being a customer of Elygra we will retain your details for a period of 3 years following the cessation of the support contract. If you choose to return as a customer during that period, our retention of your data will ease the process of re-instating you as a customer.
